After a month of hard work, we’re excited to announce that The Blind Pig reopens today!
With a thorough spring clean & lots of team training, the bar is re-opening with a brand-new menu called ‘Music Through The Ages’, featuring 8 delicious cocktails inspired by the most renowned periods in musical history.
Cocktails include An American Icon: Peggy Lee made with Sapling Vodka, almond and coconut puree, strong chamomile syrup, lemon, sugar syrup, orange bitters & egg white; A Pop Revolution: David Bowie with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, honey rose syrup, Riesling and quince bitters; and Grunge is Here: Nirvana with Three Spirits Livener, blueberry puree, lime juice, sugar syrup, Fever-Tree rhubarb & raspberry tonic water.
